Newborn Essentials: Hadagi

HADAGI, a traditional kimono style underwear has been appreciated among Japanese mothers and babies for a long time because of its comfort and function.
Unlike ordinary onesies, kimono style is very easy to put on and take off. You don't need to put the baby's head go through the neck.

At Psny, we've been carrying the high quality hadagi from MIKI HOUSE for the past 4 years. Soft fabrics are made of Supima® Cotton (offers the desirable characteristics of cotton; comfort, absorbency, easy care, freedom from static cling, strength). All seams and tags are formed on the outside of the wear, so they do not irritate baby's skin. Because clothing tags and rough seams can be really uncomfortable for newborn's delicate skin.

Another unique feature of hadagi is the silhouette. A bottom part of long hadagi is designed to fit the shape of newborn's leg ("M" shape) so that a baby can move their legs freely.
